iOS Developer (Swift)
Build a polished native iOS experience for the growing PickleHunter community. You will own Swift-based features that help players discover games, communicate, book courts and participate in tournaments, while ensuring the app feels fast, trustworthy and natural on iPhone. You will collaborate with product, design, backend and QA colleagues from feature definition through App Store release. The role includes architecture, implementation, testing, observability and responsible handling of permissions and user data.
- Design and build maintainable iOS features using Swift and current Apple frameworks. - Translate approved designs into accessible interfaces across supported iPhone sizes. - Integrate REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, universal links and device services. - Handle loading, offline, retry and error states without confusing the user. - Write unit and UI tests for important journeys. - Diagnose crashes and performance problems using appropriate Apple tooling. - Manage certificates, provisioning, TestFlight and App Store releases. - Participate in code review, technical planning and release verification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline (B.Tech, B.E., BCA or B.Sc IT). MCA or M.Tech is welcome. Equivalent practical experience may be considered with a strong native iOS portfolio.
2-5 years
- Strong Swift fundamentals and production iOS development experience. - Practical knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit, including navigation and app lifecycle. - Experience integrating REST APIs, secure authentication and push notifications. - Familiarity with concurrency, persistence, networking and dependency management. - Understanding of accessibility, privacy permissions and secure local storage. - Experience with XCTest, crash reporting and performance diagnostics. - Evidence of at least one released or production-grade iOS application. - Clear communication, thoughtful code review and reliable release ownership.
