Senior Manager, Rajasthan

Work alongside the State Head to execute PickleHunter's Rajasthan plan on the ground, keeping clubs and venues across Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Kota onboarded, active and well supported. You will combine field execution with structured reporting, working closely with clubs, courts, coaches, organizers and player communities. Success will be measured by healthy partner relationships, reliable follow-through and sustainable participation, not activity alone.

- Support state-wide execution. - Develop and maintain club and venue relationships. - Handle onboarding and partner follow-up. - Support tournaments and community activity. - Coordinate city-level expansion. - Maintain activity and partnership reports. - Maintain a clear pipeline, next actions and reliable weekly reporting. - Gather partner and community feedback and convert it into practical action. - Protect PickleHunter's reputation through accurate commitments and professional conduct.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred for senior manager roles. Education should be supported by relevant experience in partnerships, operations, events, community building or venue management.

- Strong relationship and coordination skills. - Comfortable travelling across Rajasthan for partner visits and events. - Organized, dependable follow-up and reporting habits. - Experience in partnerships, operations, community or sports management preferred. - Education and experience appropriate to the scope and seniority of the position. - Strong written reporting and professional stakeholder communication. - Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM-style tracking and digital collaboration tools. - Evidence of independent ownership, sound judgement and measurable outcomes at the stated level.
