State Head, Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu pairs a deep sporting tradition with rapidly growing racquet-sport interest. As State Head you will establish PickleHunter across Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli, working with academies, clubs and organizers to grow courts, players and tournaments statewide. You will combine field execution with structured reporting, working closely with clubs, courts, coaches, organizers and player communities. Success will be measured by healthy partner relationships, reliable follow-through and sustainable participation, not activity alone.

- Own PickleHunter growth across the state. - Develop major relationships with clubs, courts, coaches, organizers and sports stakeholders. - Identify expansion opportunities. - Support major tournaments and partnerships. - Represent PickleHunter professionally. - Coordinate state-level community development. - Track market activity and provide management updates. - Travel across the assigned state as required. - Maintain a clear pipeline, next actions and reliable weekly reporting. - Gather partner and community feedback and convert it into practical action. - Protect PickleHunter's reputation through accurate commitments and professional conduct.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality or a related discipline. An MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Sports Management is preferred. Candidates with substantial state-level partnership leadership may be considered on the strength of relevant outcomes.

5-10 years

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and lead professional relationships. - Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu and its major cities, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli. - Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu. - Ability to work independently and own state-level outcomes. - Experience in partnerships, business development, community management, sports, events or hospitality preferred. - Education and experience appropriate to the scope and seniority of the position. - Strong written reporting and professional stakeholder communication. - Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM-style tracking and digital collaboration tools. - Evidence of independent ownership, sound judgement and measurable outcomes at the stated level.
