Coach Agreement

This Agreement applies to every adult who applies for or uses Coach features on PickleHunter.

1. Independent Role

Coaches are independent service providers, not employees or agents of PickleHunter. Verification confirms completion of PickleHunter's review process but is not a guarantee of qualification, safety or future performance.

2. Application and Verification

The Coach must provide accurate identity, experience, service-area, qualification and supporting-document information. PickleHunter may request clarification, approve, reject, suspend or revoke Coach status. Submitted verification documents are stored privately and may be retained for review, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations.

3. Professional Conduct and Safety

The Coach must follow the Community Guidelines, teach within their competence, use reasonable safety practices, disclose relevant conflicts and avoid harassment, discrimination, misleading claims or unsafe instruction. PickleHunter is an adults-only platform; Coach features must not be used to solicit or create accounts for minors.

4. Sessions and Information

The Coach must keep availability, experience, locations and services accurate and honor confirmed commitments. Any pricing, cancellation, payment or venue terms shown before a booking apply to that activity.

5. Content, Data and Confidentiality

The Coach confirms rights to uploaded content and grants PickleHunter a non-exclusive licence to display it for Platform operation and promotion. Player information may be used only for the relevant service and lawful obligations and must not be sold, disclosed or used for unrelated marketing without permission.

6. Suspension, Liability and Law

PickleHunter may restrict Coach features for inaccurate information, safety concerns, misconduct, fraud, complaints supported by evidence or breach of this Agreement. The Coach remains responsible for their services, insurance, taxes and legal compliance. Indian law applies, subject to non-excludable rights, with competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
